Shipping policy

Wrapped In Darkness products are made to order and may require production time before shipment.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

• Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
• Wrapped In Darkness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
• If your package appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you determine the next steps.
