Because our products are made to order, Wrapped In Darkness does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
